2. Services Description

Dubai Elite Maintenance Services provides comprehensive maintenance and repair services including but not limited to:

  • Air conditioning maintenance and repair
  • Plumbing services and installations
  • Electrical work and repairs
  • Carpentry and woodwork
  • Painting services
  • Welding services
  • Masonry and tiling work
  • General maintenance services

3. Service Agreements

Booking and Scheduling

  • Service appointments must be scheduled in advance
  • Emergency services are available 24/7 with additional charges
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Service Execution

  • All work will be performed by qualified and licensed technicians
  • We will provide estimates before beginning work
  • Additional charges may apply for work beyond the original scope
  • Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED)
  • Prices may vary based on service complexity and materials required
  • Emergency service calls incur additional charges
  • Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of service completion

5. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from service completion
  • Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts and materials
  • Service Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and will address any issues promptly
  • Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear, or external factors

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about service requirements
  • Ensure safe access to work areas
  • Remove or protect valuable items in work areas
  • Inform us of any hazardous conditions or special requirements
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
  • Make timely payments as agreed

7. Limitation of Liability

Dubai Elite Maintenance Services' liability is limited as follows:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
  • Customers are advised to maintain their own property insurance
  • Claims must be reported within 30 days of service completion

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel appointments with 24 hours notice
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur charges
  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to safety concerns

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds for completed satisfactory work
  • Partial refunds may be available for incomplete work
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days

9. Privacy and Data Protection
